This is the slowest location that I've visited using the drive thru. When I ordered I was asked what condiments would I like, but when I got home I didn't have any condiments.

Yes the 1960 location is closed for renovations. All customers are encouraged to visit the Chick-fil-A at Hwy 6 @ West Rd or the new location opening at 290 & Jones Rd in Jersey Village
It's getting a pretty extensive renovation to make room for 1960's expansion.
If you're having a problem reach out directly to the store management and ask for help
It's best to go in person I worked there years ago
