Been here a while now... as long as you hand over the money and outrageous rent increases and you have no major issues to be fixed, you'll be fine. But ask any annoying straight forward questions to management - be prepared for condescension, evasiveness, vagueness and having to ask the same thing repeatedly to get a simple answer. If you get an answer at all. As well as negative, personal, inappropriate assumptions bordering on discrimination. Pretty much like being bullied on a playground. They have the typical "apartment attitude" of we are in charge. This complex is run by Greystar. Make sure you look at Greystar reviews before renting here.

I love this community. Beautiful and spacious apartments, great lawns, private patios, great doggy community and park. The Staff(front office, maintenance etc) are all so kind and quick to help.Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, it's a place I would recommend to anyone to live, if they were looking for a nice quiet yet friendly neighborhood.And as an added bonus parking is soooo easy.Everyone is so 10/10

I love living at Vista at Trappers Glen. Sydney and the office staff are courteous, responsive and professional. They responded quickly to my calls and questions, both pre and post move-in. Chris, the property maintenance manager, is also very courteous, respectful and professional. The few move-in issues that needed addressing were completed quickly. My unit is fully renovated with all new appliances; the washer/dryer are full-sized. The complex is very quiet and I never hear my neighbors. The views are fabulous. I have nothing bad to say about Vista at Trappers Glen and I hope to stay here for a long time.

If I could double my star count I would! This place is a total 10/10. The property is amazing, I love all the amenities. My dogs LOVE the dog park and are so excited to make friends there each and every time we go. The real thing I love about living here is the staff. They are absolutely the best, I have gone through hard time after hard time while being here in this community. Crystal, Luisa, Rylie and the rest of team here make living here one of the best experiences. The amount of compassion and service you receive at this property is amazing! I feel so lucky to feel so at home at an apartment complex and it really is all thanks to the amazing staff! I am resigning my lease in a month because I couldn't imagine living in other complex! Thank you to the whole team you guys are so appreciated. Not to mention the apartments are very nice and they fix things for you so quickly. Really though the staff here is what makes all the difference in your living situation. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
