I went in to redeem 3 EE bonds but there were NO tellers working. This branch only has one teller who was out sick. What kind of bank is this? A supervisor tried to help me but did not know the process to redeem bonds. She found a manager who did and the bonds were redeemed and deposited into my account. The supervisor who tried to help me was very nice and very apologetic for their lack of service. I thought BOA was a big national bank, but they operate like a mom and pop store. Their service has really gotten bad all over.

Rick Perez the Manager of this bank is very rude and full of attitude idk if he think he owns Bank of America or something but be humble you’re just an employee

Called and inquired about buying pounds and euros. They said, yes we sell them. When I went in they actually have to order the currency taking several days. Also, their is a minimum amount to purchase and you have only a limited choice of denominations you can get. If you want a better review tell people the whole story when they call. Stop wasting my time.
