Terrible. Not drive up to order stations getting an answer. 2 times I pushed red button after first time went back to push red button. I did go thru drive by and all went well. Hard to believe that Sonic can't hire enough employees to handle a increase in business at 1/2 off on Slushes.

Do not wait in bay number 15 and expect to get served. Waited over 15 min and saw people coming and leaving and they still never took our order. Finally pulled into drive through and told her i had waited 15 min in bay 15 and nobody answered and ahe said "oh...bay 15 is broken" if you know this why do you not have an out of order sign up????? Not even an apology, just rudely answered my reasonable question with "maam...what do you want to order."
