This location is well run. The staff is friendly and the dining area is always clean.

OMG my mind was blown away by how this Schlotzsky's looked! Because it was so clean, the dining area and bathroom (clean sink, soap dispenser , urinal and toilet) and workers in the front and back were working hard, clean and had great work ethics. IMO this should be the gold standard for fat food, fast casual dining experience in the USA. The people working here deserve a raise and better benefits ASAP! The food tasted great and the veggies and meat were fresh.

Leaps and bounds ahead of Costco.
I believe it is now up to people who want to own a franchise and that is how those businesses are opened. The one in Sugarland is a franchise.
