They have a lot of excellent quality items at low prices and everyone is really nice, kind and courteous as well as helpful!

Twin Falls Lowe's is always nice and clean with friendly help, we go there often and are always happy with the products and service. We recently went there shopping for a dishwasher and were slightly lost as to what to pick, Mike Aiken was right there to help us decide what would work best for us and we left quite happy with our purchase and our visit with him.

Twin Falls location, terrible customer service. Don’t trust their delivery service. They deliver late to avoid your return as per their return policy. Buyer beware! I tried calling as per reply below, after an hour on-hold (apparently I’m not the only one with complaint’s), I got absolutely nowhere! A nice dodge of customer service.

Some of the workers are a little mean. But great place to get things.

I just checked the website, it shows that they do
I would assume you can apply online or in person at the location.
Free... You can easily do it yourself!
They ask that you wear a mask and keep social distancing
Why not? Free country, with respect to the public. And the Constitution
Carry a 4000 watt wall mount electric that is 13,000 BTU. The high BTU propane ones we carry 60k plus are all the job site style ones, not wall mount.
I would go in and ask for a manager at the store and talk to them. I would take pictures and a video if possible and explain your situation to them.
Call a different dept.
I went & spoke to the paint department, they said, No they don't carrry that type of speciality paint.
Call them and ask. Or order on time for pickup at your choice.

YOU are going to need shims, liquid nail for the bottom to seal the threshold. Trim, silicon, screws, a level, and a triangle square. You also need some paintable caulk to seal around the outside if you have a wood exterior. I also recommend tar paper to wrap the 2x4's before the door goes in. Before it is done check to see if it slides open and closed easily. Make sure it is the same size as the opening. Good luck
