Was able to walk in and ask about my bent ring being repaired and had a VERY friendly “I can do it as soon as I’m done with one other thing.” Had it done and cleaned in 20 minutes. He was so sweet to me and to the other lady there. Definitely will be back if needed!

I brought in a ring that needed to be sized down 4 sizes. Alex is a nice guy and did an amazing job. The ring was ready to be picked up the next day. It looks flawless, no visible seam and he polished it like new. I got the size slightly wrong the first time because I'm not used to wearing a thicker band. I brought it back in the next week and he very kindly adjusted it 1/4 size for me. It fits perfectly! Will definitely be bringing all my jewelry repairs here in the future.
