Waited for over an hour for our order and still never got our food. When we started pulling out all the employees were out smoking. There were customers there waiting from before we even got there and some of them pulled out when we left. Do not recommend.

I got my food in a slightly timely manner. However they forgot my mustard. No big deal, I just pushed the button. The people next to me left after getting no service at all. I eventually had to get out of my car and go to the door to ask for it. By the time I got to eat my food I had to heat it in the microwave. They never did answer the red button by the time I left and the person who appeared to be the manager just sitting on the computer.

I am going to give 4 stars for customer service. They seem to be out of absolutely everything tater tots lettuce tomatoes pickles Etc. The young lady at the mic handles this with a smile and a sincere apology. Grace under pressure. I'm sure she heard a lot of complaints but treated us like we were the first customer of the day.

Our food came back a bit wrong but clay (red/pink hair not sure if I got his name right) was so kind to us and fixed our food so quickly! It was so busy and he was so calm and nice even tho I was hangry! Great employee! The lady who took our order was very nice too. Great employees that all deserve a raise to be handle as many people as they were!
