I can't remember the name of the adorable dentist with the bow tie but he is wonderful! He listened while I explained the trauma that led to my current dental situation and even though I can't afford the care 😹 I wanted to give a 5 star review because him and his staff are so friendly and helpful. They don't try to upsell you on anything. They don't poke your gums to death with a pitchfork. They make sure you're comfy and well taken care of. Highly highly recommend

If you would like to wonder if the utter unprofessional practices leave you wondering if contacting an attorney is appropriate, this bunch of poor excuses for an office that may or may not contain “dentists” will please you no end! I may be wrong to post my wife’s situation, but at some point the level of ridiculousness becomes such that someone needs to say something. My wife lives about 22 miles one way to travel to this place. If nothing but a cheaper cost is what your seeking, regardless if what occurs leaves you wondering how a dental business remains open and “physicians” have licenses, then this place is for you. An inability to make correct impressions, along with the loss of the actual final dentures and a large number of visits caused by apparent ineptitude, is what you expect, you’ll feel right at home. But the individual that manages this office, whether physician or otherwise, isn’t up to the task. You will experience constant excuses and they range from possible to WTH. Good luck, if an experience that reflects less than even a student is good or possibly what dental work in the “Wild West” is what you seek, you found it!

They charge how they feel n want n what day it is online prices are a joke n prices over phone if u can get is a joke. Dentist is a joke. Dentuer n teeth mill !! RUN ONLY CHARGES SAME FOR ALL IS 1ST APPT IS AN ENVALUTION WHERE U HAVE XRAY OF TEETH N DENTIST TELLS YOU OPEN MOUTH N TELLS YOU WHAT SHE WILL DO AND WALks AWAY N ANOTHER WILL GIVE YOU COST N THEN SHE WALKS AWAY LOL that's free n 1st visit only. I believe the price is determined by each individual. I have been using this location for well over 6 years. The staff and Dr's are so pleasant .
There is a form you can get from them that you can file with your insurance and get reimbursed.

What do you mean? Do they have a payment plan? I know you have to pay upfront before they do the work/ dentures.
My husband paid $4300 for upper and lower dentures. Really depends on what kind you get.

If you have to use a affordable dentures go to one that is not privately owned I am so upset that I usually cry every other day over my situation and still cannot wear any dentures that fit right I have reached out to corporate and they tell me because Cartersville is privately owned there's really nothing they can do I say we should all get together and protest out on the front of her business maybe get the news out there all I'm saying is think are you have to do is set in there a couple days and you will listen to all the complaints
This place is very over priced and very poor quality dentures! Do not go here!! No customer service skills at all by staff or dentist!! RUN
