The Appointment was scheduled for 08:00, and it started immediately as scheduled. Some Additional Work was added, and it only extended my Wait Time by a small Amount. Quite pleased with the Appointment and the Multi-Point Inspection Video that the Technician recorded. WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP!

I was hoping that this time would be the day that I had a good experience at BMW of Las Vegas Service Dept. I got taken care of right on time. Marcus, my service advisor, listed the prices for all the different things that I could have done to my 740i. He wrote the prices on paper. One of the prices caught my eye! It was a $45 charge to reset the maintenance. Lexus charges nothing for that. BMW charges $45 for a two minute task. I bought my own diagnostic tool and shut the fault off myself. I’m going to sell my BMW very soon. Not because they charge high prices for service, but because they rip people off. It’s too bad because I love my 740i. Update: My BMW was recently totaled. I purchased another BMW, a 540i from BMW of Las Vegas. The experience was better this time around. Car is very nice. Zach, our sales advisor, was good. Watch out for the finance manager, Shea. He sold us a 4-year maintenance warranty we didn’t need. The car comes with a 3 year maintenance warranty. No visible window sticker. When I discovered the window sticker in the glove box, I complained. Shea did give us a refund by applying the $2080 we paid for the warranty to our principal amount owed. Still, that one incident will remain as an unfavorable incident for my wife and me. We will not soon forget Shea. Overall, good experience.

I visited this place for a breakdown of our X5 and found the service to be top class. We were on a long road trip from Alberta, Canada; so were naturally very tired but were will attended to and the car too was tuned back to normal in double quick time.
