I gave one star because they answered the phone. The ship to store system is horrible. Waited month, call store several times. No item. Called Customer Service with a track numbr. They say shipped but track number says not shipped. Latest C/S inquiry says item lost. And wants to reordr. Of course that puts it on backorder. Never was actually available. I cancelled out of frustration. Between high prices and B/S I willnot be back. Losing points too.

Don't waste your time. I went in to look at some options for sonar and I had questions but not a soul wanted to give me the time of day in this place. Every time I go here and need help every single employee acts like I'm a burden to their day. They also say they have a price match but half of there store is self branded stuff that I can buy for half the price elsewhere. Seriously avoid this location at all costs.
