I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and left 25 minutes after my appointment time because I was never called back to get my teeth cleaned. I am busy and don't have time to wait around in the office. If my appointment is scheduled for 11 it should start at 11 or shortly thereafter. If there are staffing shortages, then don't schedule as many appointments during the day. Manage the appointments just like restaurants manage their reservations. I will not be returning and will instead go to St. Rose.

To say my experience with Stephanie Dental was negative yes, costly and unprofessional very. I was assured that both top and bottom dentures would fit and be completely functional since I need to eat specific foods due to health issues. Not only did the bottom not fit even after "multiple" adjustments I could not close my mouth with the bottom denture in, but was told that it was fine. I would adjust with time. It was painful and would not stay in place. I was told each time that this adjustment will work, it did not. After all of this I was told they would not give me the money back to get it fixed correctly elsewhere. I was treated as a problem and it goes on and on. The last appointment I had was with the original dentist. I told her what was promised concerning the bottom denture and her reply was completely unexpected she said "They never should have told you that" So it came down to money I assume. As for me without my bottom teeth I can only eat soft things. I have not had any hard food for years.

I believe they accept medicare if its self funded or through your employer. Call your insurance to see if they're in network with the dental office. If its HMO i believe you just have to call your insurance and assign yourself to the dental office before they can do any treatment on you.
