We had an amazing experience here at lunch. Everyone we interacted with there was fantastic, but our server Maddie/Patty (sorry didn't catch her name) made our experience. She was attentive, so funny, and so nice! Best service we have had in a very long time anywhere. We will definitely be back!!

One of the worst lunches I've had in ages. When we were seated, (11:30 a.m. and no one else in the restaurant) the floor was sticky with spilled drinks, and the table was dirty when we moved the menu holder to the side. Salads arrived and we had to ask for silverware so we could eat. When the silverware came, the server plopped it all in the middle of the table (10 of us). My chili was room temperature, not even warm. They brought another bowl, but it was thick and seemed to have been rewarmed many times like old leftovers. Everyone commented on the tasteless chips. My Caesar salad was over-dressed and disgusting. Our server brought boxes for leftovers, but we waited a very long time for her to return with our checks. She went for change for one person and seriously kept us waiting another 10 minutes. I hate to leave bad reviews, but there seems to be a wide swing in good experiences and poor ones at this location. Management could do a much better job at training staff and setting standards for consistent food prep, cleanliness, and service.

I had an absolutely amazing experience during my visit. I so wish I had caught the name of our server but she was awesome. She had reddish hair, hopefully that helps identify her and someone can recognize her for how great she is. Even being short of servers, our food was prompt and delicious. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Shout out to her and management. As a general manager myself, this was top notch in my opinion in terms of service and experience. Definitely will be back because of this visit. Great job Chili’s team!

WORTH! THE! WAIT! our party of 6 pulled up on a friday night and had to wait 35 minutes for a table, but boy was it worth it. our server, Maddy, was the best server we’ve ever had. she was so kind, attentive, and made us feel like part of the family. i cant say enough good about her. i hope everyone is lucky enough to have her as a server! food was bomb as always and we had a great time.
