Dr and staff were great. Answered all our questions before during and after the procedure. Dr personally called after to check in on how my daughter was doing. It went fast sorry can’t say painless, it is the nature of what was done though. Thanks for the great care

If you are the type to put off dental work due to being scared and apprehensive, Dr. Letelier is your guy. He and his staff treat you like a part of the family. Just go and take care of yourself. My procedure was pain free!

Dr. Letelier and EVERYONE at The Center for Oral surgery AWESOME. From the time we walked through the door and up until the final send off from the wheelchair, PERFECT. Every procedure and step by step walkthrough made the visit extremely smooth. VERY PROFESSIONAL… keep up the great work. Also kudos to KELI, JEFFEREY, MICHELLE, IVAN AND all others ( apologize for not getting their name). THANK YOU DR CARLOS LETELIER!!!

What is the difference between zygomatic and regular dental implants?

The Center for Oral Surgery of Las Vegas: Dr. Carlos Letelier | Nov 4, 2021

Hi Glenda, Some patients don't have enough bone mass in their maxilla to support implants. The maxilla is the bone where upper implants are usually anchored. Dr. Letelier is renowned for successfully anchoring implants in the zygoma (cheek bone) instead, thereby enabling those folks to get implants. You can call our Implant Treatment Coordinator, Emmanuel, if you would like more in-depth info. 702-367-6666 All the best!
