I went to get my perm from last week after not coming for a few months then when I filled out paperwork, like I had to in the past, which they were good at losing them, I asked for a copy and the two excuses were from Diana that it's for protection to not get copies and another one from Audry that cost of copies cost. So I tried to email to them even to the CEO or Pres, Carol Westphal, and she never responded back to me. I asked how about if I pay them for copies as other businesses are requesting that from people if they ask for copies. How does this school keep operating if they don't answer their phones, return calls, or even respond to emails? The people can be fickled and odd at times; only when you come in, then they're different and forget you even asked for the copy like it never happened. Also, when you set appt online, it's not very clear certain services even when I have short hair but it states to be long hair was only choice I had as I mentioned this to them months ago but nothing ever was done to correct that. I finally was able days later to get a contact from G Beauty after writing more people in the same email. In the past, it seems that when I haven't come for awhile and I come back to ask questions, most times they don't respond, via email, or even by phone message(s). I have in the past when trying to get them to get back to me, they don't respond till either I file complaint or get with other G Beauty to get their attention to respond. I don't understand people from this school like they are either too busy to respond to customers as I am one but seems to simply ignore me, like I don't exist or something. I don't understand this school part of the time how they operate. If a person goes in person, is a different story. Is this how people like them treat people with disabilities?

I’m staying next door at the Hilton Motel, what a nice place to walk across the street and receive a 5 star facial and hair color and cut . Very professional students.

The cost is crazy but then all the ridiculous rules!!!!!! It is unorganized. Teachers quit constantly. They don't hire a janitor, the students clean the building. If you miss time, they make it so difficult to make time up. They have requirements outside of class that equals about 100 hours of computer work. They don't give you ANY HELP with your projects. The equipment is old, broken or not enough for everyone to practice with. There aren't enough clients for appointments for us to get actual practice with the the public. Some of the teachers are really excellent which is why I didn't give it 1 star.

I had to go through all prompts with the main phone number prompts to get to this location. I understand that you can now schedule appointments online. Good place with good people working there.
Do you have school sched for the enrollment? I just wanted to learn on nails.
