Wasn't very descriptive on the assignment.... I found myself with severe allergies, nose bleeds and ringworm. Along with Osha doesn't require the mask or body suits. If your assignment is at Artesian Spas... Make sure to ask about fiberglass and how it can effect your health.

You go in with your ID to get your application. They didn't require anything else. It is entirely free, as the companies are who pay them for the staffing services. You might require more documentation at the actual workplace, but they will let you know ahead of time.
