Mitchell Jones and his packing team did an outstanding job of picking-up and packaging and shipping the porcelain vase that I had won through a local auction house. First of all, they picked-up the item, and they safely transported it to their local NAVIS shipping facility, which is a service that approximately four other local shippers declined to perform. It was extremely difficult to find a shipper that would pick-up the item instead of it being delivered by me to the NAVIS facility. NAVIS, however, offered this service, and I am very grateful to them for picking-up the item. After picking-up the item, NAVIS did an outstanding job of packaging the porcelain vase first in bubble wrap and subsequently in a small box with shredded paper in it. The small box was then placed inside a thick cardboard box with shredded paper in it. This method of double-boxing the vase protected it so that there was absolutely no damage to the vase. In fact, I think it was the best packaging job that I have seen with regard to packaging a porcelain vase. Finally, Mitchell Jones and his packing team sent me the porcelain vase, and it arrived within about one day after being shipped, which was a very fast delivery. Throughout the packing and shipping process, Mitchell Jones communicated with me multiple times so that I was fully informed as to what was happening. Mitchell Jones and his packing team at NAVIS did an outstanding job from start to finish, and, therefore, I rate this company with a five-star rating.

Navis was a life saver. They picked up, crated and delivered my items without a hitch. I was impressed by the customer service but not as impressed with the packing! These items could have fallen off the truck and still arrived safely. Thank you again Navis and I will spread the word!

Yes. When your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will provide you with a website address and tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment if available through the carrier.
Our standard turnaround time for domestic shipments is 10-14 business days from pickup to delivery. For our blanket or pad wrap service it ranges from 3 to 10 weeks.
Yes. However, if you pack your own items they are classified as "Packed by Owner" which then can only have declared value coverage for disappearance.
