I love these people they are absolutely amazing Bruce no matter when I come allways treat me with such respect upmost customer service guy ..I sm very pleased with him and how kind he is only issue is the prices going up ..I have wit life storage other than that the customer service is amazing and Bruce allways makes me happy when I need help!!

I have rented a space for my Rv here awhile,I have had no problems at all,just found another storage place closer to my house.Bruce has been so nice and helpful .I highly recommend!

I want to say a couple days. After that you pay a late fee. I was late once. I was out of town. Paid late fee after 5 days. The office staff are super understanding and great to deal with. I understand their policies so I paid the late fee no questions asked.
Gate key pad allows you to enter and exit from 6 a.m till 10 p.m daily. After 10 p.m the gate will let you out and a message sent to the office. If you are a commercial business there are times they will allow that business 24 hour access into the facility. Since the change from ABBCO to Extra Space, the rules and security has improved. 24 access is available only to verifiable businesses. There are very few 24 hour tennents since the change. It's helped keep the facility safer.
