I had a great experience here. Each nurse or doctor I met with during my visit were very sweet, compassionate and one special lady even held my hand since my husband was not allowed in the room. The only bad thing I would have to say is the front desk girl could’ve been way nicer or compassionate towards me. I know there is covid protocols in place for a reason, but there is a sign on the door that states “ we are required to talk privately with each patient before a support person may enter the room “. Between my husband and I we have 5 children, pretty tapped out if you know what I’m saying lol ages range from 3 yrs to 15 yrs old. I was VERY scared to go in by myself as I didn’t know what to expect with the procedure I endured, and my safe person had to stay in the car and wait patiently for text updates.. Maybe the girl at the front desk was having a bad day… I don’t know, but I was OBVIOUSLY scared, crying, and worried that my husband couldn’t come in and she handled that situation all wrong in my opinion. But other than that, every other person I met with was the sweetest.

I am very lucky to meet this clinic. Everyone in this clinic, from the front desk, nurses, doctor's assistants, doctors, everyone is nice and patient. The doctor's assistant who received me is called Rose H. Because of the language, every content that Rose explained to me needs to be translated to me by a translator, which requires more time to receive me. But Rose is still very patient and carefully explained each process and content to me. The assistant debehod (sorry I forgot how to spell her name) was also super good and patiently accompanied me. Everyone is super nice. Thank you very much for the help of this hospital. I hope everyone here goes well and take care of themselves.

I have supported Planned Parenthood for years. Decades actually and I will continue to do so. They are a wonderful org which does so much good to help women in need. This review isn’t about that. It’s about Covid rules. I, my daughter and her wife are all fully vaccinated. We wear masks. We follow all safety protocols. Even with the state beginning to open up, we continue to be careful and I usually never complain about Covid rules. This time is different. My daughter suffers from severe anxiety around doctors, nurses, etc. she’s barely able to function from it and the Planned Parenthood Covid rules won’t allow her to have advocates with her. Not even in the waiting room. She’s all alone, suffering and they don’t care. Since they still have such strict rules in place, they need to let people know. Rather than allowing my daughter to suffer unnecessarily, we’d have gone elsewhere. I understand the need for safety. It’s time for Planned Parenthood to understand the need for mental health exceptions

I wish I remembered the name of the doctor I saw for my first Pap smear, but she was the sweetest most informative doctor I’ve ever had in my life. I came to The appointment really nervous and she calmed me down by explaining the ENTIRE process to me, assuring me it was nothing to be scared of. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable in a really uncomfortable situation. I also feel she spent A LOT of time with me to do so. Most doctors I see, it seems like they want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. With her, because she was so patient, I felt like she really cared about me. If I am ever in a situation where I need to go in for something more serious than a pap, shes definitely the doctor I would want to see!
