I stopped here on my way up north after seeing their billboard. I love trying new places like these and had to try it. It's a very traditional, cozy and inviting shoppe. I tried a lot of meats and their jerky. The jerky was so good I had to stop there on my way jack home to get more! After I got home I tried everything I got and was very very impressed. If this place wasn't 1.5 hours away from me it would be my go to place. If you're ever in the area make sure you stop in and try everything!!

The shop smells amazing, baked ham fresh out of the oven. The staff are always friendly and take time to explain your order. Recommend them for butchering and processing. Wonderful job.

Ordered whole hog. Wasn't ready when promised because they sold our meat to someone else. They gave another promise date that wasn't kept. Three months later we got half of what we were told we would get. Very sloppy organization.
