The staff was friendly, engaging, and welcoming. It did not change in the 2 years I lived there. Location of the apartment was perfect for my work and easy access to everything.

I had a couple of repairs that needed to be taken care of in my apartment, so I mentioned them to Jessie on Wednesday, and gave permission for Bobby to enter my apartment when I was at work yesterday. I came home to both problems taken care of! The prompt repair service is just one of the great things about living in this complex. The grounds are kept neat and clean, with attractive landscaping, and it's always extremely quiet in my apartment. Donna, Jessie, Wilma, and the other staff are all so friendly and helpful, which helps make it a really pleasant place to live. I'm so happy to have found this place when I needed an apartment a year and a half ago.

I love living here, the apartments are good sized and look very nice. Management is SUPER nice as well and my ultimate favorite thing about living here is that it is QUIET! The ONLY reason I take a star off is cause the nightmare that is parking :/ one spot per apartment so if you have a guest, unless you can "reserve" an open spot by parking your car there and then giving them your port... may the odds be in your favor if you try to find a spot in the afternoon.

The staff at The Diplomat are truly first rate! They helped the move into my apartment as smooth as possible. They were and continue to be very friendly, as well as helpful in all the questions I have. Their attitude and work ethic are a testament to The Diplomat. I am also very happy with the apartment that I rented. It was clean when I moved in and is very comfortable. I have had no problems with any appliances not working, or anything, but if/when that does happen, I have no doubt that the staff will take care of the issue promptly. I think I made a great choice choosing to live here!
