Most of the time they don't carry what looking for and offer to have it shipped instead. The inventory is rarely accurate, and multiple times I've gone to the store thinking they had what I was looking for in stock, to find out, once at the store, that they were out.

Hi Ann. Could you clarify your question? When you ask Google questions about a business, it is answered by other customers based on their personal experience. It's best to contact the store directly for prices.
Call Benton County Stone, they'll get you what you need and offer free delivery if you order enough and ask nicely.
I see it happen again and again with the Siloam springs store. I quit doing business with them. If I need anything from Lowe's I shop at their Grove OK store. The difference between these two stores is like comparing apples to onion's. The Grove store is so much better. Great place to shop.
Most stores have places to apply online. However, I'd strongly recommend going to the store in person and talking to the manager. It makes a good impression (assuming you dress up a little and respectful/polite).
