I'm not sure of a reply, however I hope this helps...... When pre approved, the dealership has simply inquired to their banks about a loan. Sometimes when a car dealership contacts thier lenders, the application is denied at discretion of the bank. As always, there may have been an error somewhere along the way. You may want to contact Big M directly. I'd call them, ask what's up, and see if there was a mistake in the loan approval process.
