They don't keep up with maintenance but are fine putting a single mother and two children on the street when the only issue has ever been clutter. No noise issues, police, or late rent. They also have a groundskeeper that likes to look in people's windows and snap pictures. And in people's vehicles. If I could give less than one star I would.

Worst place I’ve ever lived period. The landlord doesn’t care about his people. Black mold roaches people screaming fighting all hours of the night. No cleaning. Literally gave me trauma about renting.

Its OK but the drugs r bad there's cops out here all the time but if u stay to your self your good

Very trashy, drug infested. I hate that children have to be around that environment.
