Wow, I've been waiting 4 weeks for my refund, when I call I'm literaly attacked by an angry worker. I'm sure she's highly stressed from all the unsatisfied customers. If they would just treat customers fair and well to begin with it would be a happy place to work. Use your personal hotspot and not this company. I can't wait until another internet service comes to the area, they will likely go out of business. I wonder how much longer they are going to wait on giving me my $200 back.
