I finally got back here after the shutdown in 2020. They froze our membership for us! It is a clean facility with plenty to do. Equipment is in grey shape. Friendly people!

Do you have anything for Seniors ages 55yrs old to ? Beyond I will be new to the community and am looking into Chair Volleyball sit in a chair an use a beachball over a net. Or day trips. I am 69yrs old. Looking for fun during the week.

There is a men's rec league getting ready to start soon. Signups right now. No youth leagues. There is a FT and Spot Shot contest on Nov 3 from 1-3pm for kids senior in HS and down. 4 age classes and separate boys and girls divisions. Pre register on ARCC website.

Does the center have personal trainers for teens? Such as weight lifting, cardio and for basketball to teach them the fundamentals? Also what is the cost to join or a membership

We have piyo, which is somewhat a combination of Pilates and yoga
