DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! If you are remotely serious about your whole body fitness, this place is certainly not for you! I have researched that deadlifts may be one of the most important movement in all of weight training. But here, they will publicly shame you for doing controlled deadlifts and barbell rows if you make any minor sound when you set the bar down. The staff full of teenagers, think that it is funny to set off an air raid siren if they hear any sound coming from setting the weights down. They call it the lunk alert! I was interrupted and publicly humiliated three times while doing deadlifts and rows. This was absolutely deplorable! I'm just someone trying to get a little better everyday with my health and fitness. I am not a power lifter by any means. I am actually afraid to return because I don't want to make a sound with the weights or machines. I don't go to the gym to be humiliated! I go to the gym to feel better about myself. I would highly recommend that you look into the "lunk" policy before joining this ridiculous establishment!

Pretty good experience. Staff is friendly and leave me alone which I like. I also like that it’s doesn’t have a bunch teenagers like westchester/Liberty or meat heads Hogging weights like Fairfield. It’s very clean and calming.

They are running a promotion for $0.25 joining fee. The GM of any location also has the ability to waive your first month membership fee. If you are polite, and have a halfway decent reason for requesting it, they shouldn't have an issue doing that for you. It is at their discretion however, so maybe think about your story beforehand, and don't forget to say please lol. But they definitely want to sign you up because their compensation is based off how many new memberships the sign, and how many people keep their existing membership

They have a wide variety of equipment, weights, tanning, massages/relaxation and machines but I don't believe they have a Wii Fit system.
