I don't think so, they never close as far as I know. However if you can't make your appointment because of weather just reschedule. I had to reschedule mine twice because my route had roads that were closed and there wasn't any alternative route. If the state the Walmart is in or rather the roads going to the center are closed, then that would probably force them to close.

No. There's parking near bye and you can stop at guard gate and they'll tell you where. You can only arrive 1 hour early for appointments unless your appointment is for 3am,you can arrive 2 hours early then because it's there first appointment of the morning. I work there so I know it well. Good luck.
