Would give them zero if I could. After I checked out they charged me $400 and i called them and went up to the hotel to figure it out and i couldn't. They didn't want to give me my money back qt all and they didn't have records of them charging me $400 but on my bank account it clearly says it was woodspring. I don't know if it's a scam someone 2ose is using my card under woodspring or what's the deal but I would not recommend this place, unless you don't mind your money being stolen

I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM and the front desk was closed. Staff came down and was very polite. When I got in my room it was disgusting, the toilet had urine down the front of the toilet bowl and fecal matter spatters inside. The floor of the shower was grimy gray, shower door was disgusting and hair covered it and the floors. I reached back out to the front desk attendant who was very polite and understanding. She moved me to a new room, This room was a lot cleaner yeah the following day a huge roach was on my kitchen sink. I’ve already paid for the room for one week and cannot receive a refund. So throughout my stay I have been killing roaches daily. There’s no mattress covers on the beds just a sheet.. no one cleans, no fresh towels, no bed changing These services require an extra fee.. I can’t wait to leave, 0 stars.

I rented a person a room for one night and told their phone booking agent it was for one night and no extras but then they went and let them stay for a total of 5 nights and guess what I get to pay for it. So needless to say I will not help anyone out again and I will definitely never give another cent of my money to any WoodSpring Suites location no matter what. They were told and claim that they never got the message from their booking location.

where do I start now after my stay I will not have any association with WoodSpring Suites all together. I paid in full with Booking.com for a seven day reservation after the fact I then have been charged for the seventh day of my reservation I’ve been previously paid in full before ever checking in they claimed because the payment method ran out after the sixth day when dealing with their corporate office she reviewed through everything and determined that in her opinion I actually was only paid for five and I needed to pay an additional day they’re trying to charge me after the fact for two days that were supposed to be a part of my already paid when reservation was made with Booking.com seven day reservation. I have no objections to paying for the one day that I stayed over which I’ve done I have a major objection though with them attempting to make me pay for two additional nights that were included in my reservation this is nothing but horrendous business practices that can easily be considered theft by deception. I recommend going anywhere other than this hotel if you prefer to not literally have to fight tooth and nail to get the money that is rightfully yours back when they try and rob you

It shares a parking lot with a major grocery chain store. Admittedly none of my business, lit already very uneven... Not sure about weight capacities. For the record, no other trucks anywhere close to hotel
It's be open about 4 years now stupid post Google can solve. I stayed there allot last year they have strange rules and a gangster Manager. it's ok no one in Minnesota cares about anything. Good price if your working close the kitchens are no supplies. Only have showers and the building is all locked up
The website will tell you good they have discounts for 7 days stays or more and they have a discount for 28 days stays.
Call their front desk, or the guests cellphone.
No pool here. No ice machine either. Full size refrigerator & freezer tho...
It's negotiable depending on how long you are staying
