Todayβs visit was seamless. Anita is really, really good at her job and makes getting a mammogram pretty bearable π I truly appreciate Anita and the sense of ease and confidence she provides, especially being a newer patient! It makes a huge difference. Letβs not forget the front desk staff who were also friendly and efficient. I didnβt see Dr. Wagner this visit, but my previous experiences with him have always been excellent!

I absolutely love ProScan and have been coming here for more than 10 years. The front desk staff is always very calm and welcoming. The technicians that I've had in the past have been very reassuring and that still holds true today. I even seen a man walking around, first time ever but when he passed me he turned his head away from me and looked down as if I was scared he was going to be able to see through the gown. The only reason that I am writing them a four today is because at the check-in when I had to sign my paperwork I noticed my full social security number printed on the paper to which of course I had an absolute conniption fit scratched it out and told the front desk that they are ways are archaic and they need to have a better privacy policy especially with all the fraud these days. Proscan get it together on this end HIPPA violation should not be your only concern. A social security number is your digital fingerprint and I fiercely protect my at all cost.

Great price, but, unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. ProScan had confirmed twice in the days leading up to my apptmt that I should drink 32 oz of liquid by 1 hour before arriving, which was uncomfortable to the point of painful and required waking up quite early. Then, when I arrived, they said those instructions had been incorrect and I needed to let all the liquid out for my test. But, after I did that, they let me know that there was some confusion about what my doctor had ordered from them, that I actually might have needed a full bladder after all, and that they could have called my doctor to find out for sure what she wanted. Why didn't they? They had several opportunities: the 2 times I spoke to them before the visit, the day of the visit while I was explaining that my doctor had wanted the full-bladder image, or even while I was in the bathroom. In summary, not resolving the unclear order from my doctor and receiving conflicting instructions multiple times left me frustrated by the experience. I see now from the reviews that another patient had a water-drinking instructions issue a few months ago, too. I'll be back for a follow-up visit, hope things go better so that I can improve the rating!

Their billing department is completely incompetent. They'll keep billing your for the same procedure months and months after you paid it. The woman who (eventually) responds to emails sent to them has no idea what she's talking about. Horrible hassle to deal with, especially if you actually have a medical problem. These people also tried to badger me into a procedure with serious potential side effects that was completely not needed, as confirmed by the doctor, when I finally saw him. Desk Jockey Napoleons.
