I'm not going to say that treatment here wasn't helpful at all because I did get something out of it. However I stopped going here for counciling because I felt my councelor was telling me her personal opinions of my situations rather than helpful phsycological facts. I'm now yet again in search of help

I was told to be here a week ago at 8 am i was here at 8 am it is now 8:33 am still no one is here its freezing cold raining i looked on door as well as website even text my case worker and called CMHC phone number and can not find out the hours of business here! There should be hours of business posted some where. How long is one to wait an hour or two hours I will be sick sitting in this cold. Are they even open today since tomorrow is thanksgiving?
