First of all, the base girl gave me almost no rice. Second of all, the girl with the purple hair was so unprofessional and rude. She threw the extra food back into the kitchen and was so aggressive with adding our toppings. She smooshed my tacos together so hard. Third of all, they had no change and I was expected to have exact change so someone else had to pay card for me. Such a bad experience, so sad to see this in our great community.

The service is great but the food it’s just ok the place is filthy, they are quick to prepare an deliver, is small place about 10 tables.

Duck Washington

This location is serviceable as a Chipotle but in comparison to the other locations I have been, it is probably the worst one. They are never stocked with all the ingredient options and will do things like double wrap your burritos without asking when they make a mistake. Staff often feels distracted and annoyed even when the restaurant is slow. Never the less it remains one of the quicker and cheaper stops for some lunch if you are on campus.

The staff is always polite. Great location and close to my job. To my dissatisfaction the rice has been undercooked a few times. Yesterday was it for me. A guy comes in complaining about undercooked rice while I was giving my order. I asked “is that the same rice because if so, I need different rice”. The guy who was taking my order assured me the rice had been changed out SO WHEN I GET HOME…. AND MY WIFE SAYS “THIS RICE IS HARD”… I found it hard to contain my frustration. Thought I’d never say this but save your money and try a location where the staff is properly trained and managed.
