Before being referred for PT, I had not of heard of Mobility Fit Physical Therapy. However, after my first appointment, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and nice everyone was at the location. My physical therapist Dr. Charlotte was very attentive to the needs I had and geared exercises to help rehab my shoulder. Dr. Charlotte was kind, caring, and checked in with me at every appointment to see how I was progressing. Thank you, Dr. Charlotte and Mobility Fit Physical Therapy, I am pleased, and my shoulder is still doing well.

I am so glad I found this place and had Charlotte as my physical therapist. She did an incredible job!! I’ve had chronic back pain for the longest time and it was gone within a month of coming here. I had tried two different physical therapy places before with no luck. Mobility Fit has a great set up and reception is very welcoming to everyone. Scheduling was super easy. Absolutely no complaints! Extremely happy!!!

Fantastic People - Fantastic Service - Fantastic Facility. I had a bad fall, basically shattered my right elbow, and had surgery to repair. Doc said I would probably never regain my function / range of motion. My Mobility Fit OT put together a custom regimen for me and over the course of about 4 months, I managed to regain about 95% of my physical ability. Gave me my arm and my life back. Couldn't be more satisfied and I will recommend Mobility Fit to anyone, especially family and friends.

I was referred to Mobility Fit for female incontinence due to my pregnancies & deliveries of my children, kids are truly the gift that keep on giving. #blessed Charlotte is the one who took me on as a patient for Pelvic Floor Therapy and it was great! I had gone through Pelvic Floor Therapy before (in another state) and it didn’t really have lasting effects, hence why I was back. In my previous therapy, that therapist didn’t have me work on anything core related, she mainly worked on the internal part, which of course is beneficial but not working on anything else is perhaps the reason the effects didn’t last. When Charlotte had me do workouts that were core related, I was like “listen I didn’t come here to break a sweat” #chubby 😅 But as I started strengthening my core, I realized just how important that piece to the puzzle was. It’s all connected so it only makes sense that you would strengthen all the muscles around the problem area to help the problem. I saw results quickly and my body has learned to subconsciously use certain muscles doing everyday momming tasks. It can be difficult or embarrassing talking to your OB or PT about incontinence issues, especially when you’re in your 30s but Charlotte was so caring and didn’t make me feel self conscious about it. If you’re nervous to mention any issues with your doctor, don’t be! The results far out weigh the embarrassing conversation. I recommend Charlotte & Mobility Fit 1000%!
