My husband and I brought our out-of-state friend here for an evening, one that we made a reservation for, and were turned away at the the door and told they didn’t have any room. The host was not kind, SO rude and acted annoyed at our frustration when they didn’t honor the reservation we had made the day prior. Not only that, but after they asked us to sit outside while they waited for a table to open up, several people walked in after and were seated immediately. When my husband went back to ask the host about it, he was just told they they walked in at the “perfect time”, even though we had been waiting out front for 15 minutes at that point for a seat. Reservations here DO NOT MATTER. I am most disappointed because plenty of businesses don’t accept reservations, and that’s fine! So if you’re not going to honor them, take them off your website! It only sets customers up to have unrealistic expectations. So disappointing.

Le Piano was an incredible experience. What an incredible romantic date opportunity. The music and food was top level. The night topped off with a special sound experience under the grand piano with my beautiful wife. Will remember this night.

Wonderful live music and overall ambiance, but disappointing food and service experience. Server told us from the start that service “would be terrible” because their friend was getting married. He also appeared under the influence. We never received our appetizer (baguette and infused butter); my chicken was supposed to come with frites, but came with nothing; my husband ordered a ribeye steak and what came was the smallest piece of meat I’ve ever seen. Owner (Chad) cut us off multiple times when we tried to share feedback and was seemingly more interested in getting outside for a break, as he was part of the live music group that was performing. He simply wanted to shut us up by paying for our meal which we refused because it’s more about providing feedback so improvements can be made rather than covering our meal. This place has a lot of potential and really is quite charming, but our service/food experience and Chad’s indifference to our concerns have solidified our decision to not return and rather patronize other establishments.
