I don’t who was at the front desk on April 28th, 2022 on yalls 2 o’clock shift, but they were extremely rude. we walked in, they said nothing to us, they were screaming about some story the girl was telling and when we walked out after i asked her to please send my letter in, they said “well they were rude” No, they were rude and i think you need to staff your facility better.

They said it would be to destination under 7 days and it literally sat at this post office for a week. What a joke is worth it to pay a little more and do FedEx or USPS don't trust the government for anything.

I called this morning because a package I sent was saying it had been delivered to the front porch, but it wasn’t at the address I sent it to. I spoke with Tony, who took down all of my information and said he would get back with me. Tony called me back a few minutes later and apologized but it was indeed dropped at the wrong location. He said the postman would go out to retrieve it and get it to the correct location. They did just that! I am very thankful!!! Merry Christmas!!
