Gabestores.com/faq, this page will let you know how often merchandise changes in the store ( 4 or 5 times weekly ), as well as many others. Yes, they carry various name brand handbags and purses.
Their inventory is constantly changing, so if they had an item last month, it may not be there now. If they have something you want, it usually costs much less than regular retail, but to get these discounts you need to browse.
The only two days the store closes is Thanksgiving and Christmas day
I have seen pet stairs there but they are few and far between because inventory changes
