Lived here for about a year and am so glad that I did! Quiet, laid-back neighborhood that is far enough way from the “hustle and bustle” of the city(s) but still close enough to anything/anywhere that you need. I liked the fact that the units each had the option to hook up a washer/dryer in unit but also had a laundry facility on site for those that did not want to hook up in unit. The pool is kept in great shape (managed nightly I believe) and very cleanly. The property manager, Darlene, was very reasonable and professional and even threw the tenants an appreciation party during the summer. The very few maintenance issues that I did have here were minor and handled by the next day, if not same day. When I moved out they did a walk through with me and went over things that would potentially be deducted from the deposit, so that I was not blind-sided, and even pro-rated the last months rent. Overall, the place could use a few updates here and there but you can tell the property is working on that in increments and you can’t beat the affordability for what it has to offer. Highly recommend!
