The women that work in this store are AMAZING! Like literally amazing. Employees of the year over there, but the Daniels franchise itself is terrible. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare and despite cancelling I never got my refund. With that being said, I’ll never forget the treatment we got and my daughter got at the outlet store 💚

First rings I bought I was happy with service but this last time I was rushed lied to and didn't receive what the sales add said I would get I will not continue business here the manager is rude the girls that work there are nice but this time I got the older gentleman and he lied to me then rushed us then didn't offer me my choice of free gifts offered not give me gift card like the add said
