Hello Mr. Kohl. If you are selling your mother's vehicle but don't have the title, only your mom can request a duplicate title. You can request it if you have a power of attorney. Normally we don't have titles being held in our office. We can issue a quick title (same day service).
It is definitely cash and checks but there is also an ATM.
Our office only accepts checks and cash. Because they are a free form of payment. If you pay with a credit card or debit card it cost money to the purchaser. We have an ATM for your convenience.
No drivers license renewals. Fishing, hunting, title transfers, that kind of stuff.
