Big oof. Drove 30 minutes in to talk about purchasing a cab tractor, only to be told that maybe I should drive down to their Bardstown location, or to come back sometime next month to see what they had. I had a reasonable expectation that I could get a ball park on price or some info, maybe a recommendation too.. Instead I got 5 minutes of a salesman’s time with the message to go somewhere else.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to Kubota products. I believe you can trust the people there to do what they say they will. Keep in mind that supply chain issues are effecting most all farm equipment dealers and few have any control over that. I feel the people at Jacobi will go the extra.mile for their customers.
