I would put zero stars if I could. Yesterday I placed a small order with this company just to see how they operated. After pick up I was very excited that I found a company to buy consistently from for my newly established business, but today they deleted my account. After calling customer service the lady said my account got deleted because they don’t want my service, while yelling at me and then hung up in my face. This was after I explained to her I already gave them a copy of my business license. I called back and someone who I thought was more helpful told me they won’t sell to us because we are reselling their products without stamping logos on their products. I explained the miscommunication, gave her another copy of my business license, and the info for vinyl and silk screen company that stamps my clothing, only to get hung up on again. On top of that they cancelled my order after the second phone call. Never again will I spend my money here. Very unprofessional.
