I want to give a big shoutout to Michael at the Evanston store. We sent two important packages from IL to GA and the packages were damaged. We were very frustrated with the situation, but Michael went above and beyond to help us with this difficult situation: he helped us navigate the entire claims process, and effectively addressed all our questions and concerns over multiple emails. He is extremely kind, patient, competent, responsive and proactive. We really appreciated all his time and effort! The best customer experience I have experienced!

Door sign and website says they open at 9am. Twice I have tried going at 9:30am and they have been closed with the lights off. This place should update their official hours if they are not going to be open for the times they publish.

So helpful! Made several trips to this UPS store to ship daughter’s stuff home from college and the 2 gentlemen working here could not have been more helpful! Choosing correct size boxes, finding cheapest way to send, taping the boxes because I ran out of tape - simple things that made a busy stressful day a little easier - thanks guys!
