This is the company that towed a a custom handicap van, paid the city $15 for it without any policy involvement or right to do so and then sold it for $615 leaving the poor woman without transportation! THIS IS ALL YOU need to know about this company to show you the kind of business this is. They have a huge contract with the city of Chicago but they are an independent company.

Hey, so your street sweeping sign goons forgot to put up signs...Then they put up signs on the day of the street cleaning. Resulting in me getting a ticket. If this happens again...I'm lodging. an official complaint for your continued incompetence. Hire better people, do a better job and maybe the residents of the city of Chicago won't hate you. DO BETTER!!!

My trash can came up missing and I put in a service request on the city’s website. 2 or 3 days later I had a brand new can with my address written on it behind my garage. I appreciate the fact that this issue was resolved quickly without emails, more calls to 311 etc. This little episode made me stop and think how reliable and almost unnoticed our city garbage collectors are. I can’t recall ever not having my garbage picked up due to weather conditions, protests/riots, rat infestation, broken trucks, union issues, etc. My hats off to the all the people who work in garbage collection as well as those who run the sweepers the the wards, bait for rats, the boosters..the list goes on…Thank You!
