Just to update anyone. Both my couch and recliner have completed molded out. I have to throw them both away. This apartment is not considered safe to live in. I'm heartbroken that I have till April to live here. The leasing office offers no solution. Do not live here. They do not care for you or your well being. I'm not sure how to upload photos from my phone but once I do. I will update. EDIT: I have added photos and I have deep cleaned my apartment again. I keep a clean home. The fact that I have to deep clean mold on my own several times with Asthma is so stressful

Do not live here. Mold is a persistent problem. The other reviews do not lie. We've been waiting since February for them to fix our mold problem. They sent someone for a "moisture test". Never heard back from results. Then it was we were waiting on the pet friendly cleaning solution to come in. Then in August the maintenance guy comes in with some random person. They explain they need to tear down the whole wall. And that we could stay. That it should only take 1 or 2 days. Why on earth would I live somewhere where there is mold behind the wall. During construction even. No communication from leasing office. Our lease states instructions for mold care and what to do. They have been informed officially several times. I will not be renewing my lease in April.

You will be a fool to live here. Samantha and the property manager Shane are very rude and mean people. Especially Samantha!
