This hotel is merely a half way house for those experiencing a lack of housing, to put it lightly. There is a real lack of feeling safe as well. The front desk answered the phone as if it were their house. My out of town guest asked me to pick him up asap. The characters coming and going were a sight to see.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The rooms are disgustingly dirty, smell like cigarette smoke (though the whole building is supposed to be nonsmoking), paint is chipping off the walls, the walls are cracking, there were black hairs all over our bed, and there are NO POTS OR BOWLS!! Why is there a kitchen if there is no way to eat or cook in it!? The front office manager, Ian, REFUSED to help us. Worst customer service ever. We left ten minutes after we got there and he refused to give us a refund. Now I have to waste my time refuting it with the manager and credit card company. DO NOT BOOK!!

I arrived to check in and wanted to have a late check out, their website says that this is an option, and the front desk declines. I ended up paying for an extra night just so I could sleep during the day because I work nights. I had just fallen asleep and at 10 am (their check out is 11 am) there is someone banging on my door and trying to get in. I answer the door and it is an employee that works there and tells me I shouldn’t be there. I’m guessing they forgot to mark it in their computer but was made sure I was charged for it. The lobby was small and dirty and left no room for privacy while checking in. I will say the rooms were pretty clean and the bed comfortable but not quiet at all. I will no be staying here again.

This is the most terrible hotel ever not only are the rooms dirty, they have bugs!!!!!!! In the refrigerator, beds. They’re extremely rude all the staff to the Maintenance men to the Manger front desk. They do not care about the customer nor there workers and when I stayed they had to clean a room because they only had 1 housekeeper working so they didn’t have a room ready. NEVER STAY HERE AT ALL IT STINKS DIRTY And RUDE PEOPLE THERE THE MANGER THE BLACK LADY SHES RUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS STAY OR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE IF THEY DID THEY WOULD HAD LOTS OF CLEAN ROOMS THERE oh and they had blood stains on these sheets as well that they want to charge you to get new ones never come To this hotel ever runnnnnnnnnnnn fast not slow this hotel needs to be shut down completely
