I had a nice time / late meal here after flight delays forced me to spend an extra night in Denver. It was a 5m from the hotel, my server was extremely friendly, and I quite liked the atmosphere.

Mediocre food at best, but they are the only place open late by the Denver airport. We had the wings, they were decent. The salsa was actually good. Everything else was so so. There was a pile of food on the floor by our table when we sat down. The waitress noticed it, but never cleaned it up.

Looks can be deceiving. This was probably the blandest Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. I’ve had better flavor at Taco Bell. For the appetizer I ordered the queso that tasted like melted Velvetta cheese. My beer was also flat. I then ordered fajitas for an entree and was disappointed in the lack of taste and that the peppers and onions were undone and crunchy. I waited for about 15 mins for the waitress to come around to me so I could report the undercooked food. She was visibly upset about having to remake the food which made me just decide to leave and go to Outback. I notified the manager of my desire to pay for the appetizer and drinks. He rolled his eyes, waved me off saying “okay dude” and stormed off. What grown man rolls his eyes at a paying patron?

This is one of those kind of hidden gems. It has something to offer for a wide range of people. The food is good, and the drinks are good. The waiting staff is always courteous and attentive. The Fiery Hawaiian is my favorite food on their menu, and Mango Madness is my favorite drink there.
