PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I SPENT NEARLY $70 FOR A PHONE CASE TO PROTECT MY PHONE!! Here I am 2-3 months later I dropped my phone today and it cracked the corner of my phone. I called the company for assistance and was told "we can not help you because the Otterbox that I bought did not come with instructions paperwork therefore I am screwed!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THESE GUYS!! LIARS!! CROOKS!!!

The power cord on my IPad had been broken off while it was charging and there was a piece of it still stuck inside of it. I was having difficulty finding someone that could get that piece out. I took it in and they had removed it in less than 2 minutes. I will take my gadget here in the future and will advise my friends and family to go there as well.

Joe was great hooked me up with a new phone and took the extra time to call Sprint and make sure the change over went as smooth as possible. Sprint was the only challenge and Joe was amazing. I would recommend to anyone if you have a technical problem go to Gadget Genie.

I went to Gadget Genie after my phone completely blacked out at 2am. I was unable to see the time or set an alarm to take my daughter to school. I was so stressed out . These Gadget Genies went above and beyond fixing my phone. Frankie and Brian genuinely cared,I can not thank them enough. Customer service was amazing and they didn't charge me a single penny (being empathetic to my situation at the time) which meant so much to me that day and always will. I have been in before with my friend and they were so quick and professional then too. I would give Gadget Genie more than Five stars if I could. Thank you kindly so so much , you guys are angels in genie disguise, bless you and yours always. I will see you in the next few days with my other phones. This time I will not be so stressed out. PS. Yeah, bring it in. We try to fix anything other fixing. No charge for diagnostic and we have a no fix no fee service.
You may on certain repairs or pre order a part for a general repair but we offer no fix no fee services here so typically once everything is done you will pay when you pick up. Thanks you

If your question is referring to the repair of the phone lasting a long time, then Yeap Yeap!!! They are very knowledgeable on every aspect of the cellular world.. The couple of phones that I have taken to them, have all been 100% successful repaired and I have not had one single issue since they returned it back to me.
