I have used Public storage almost for ever because I thought it was a big name company, the service should be better, but it was the complete opposite. It wasn't until I came here to storage of lake county on a last minute move because we found out the house we were renting was being sold and were only given 2 weeks to move. I love that the facility is 24 hours and I can access our stuff at anytime. Honestly Marie made our experience so easy. Her energy is contagious. Even calling to make a payment and hearing her voice makes you smile. She's absolutely the sweetest person. She was able to get us a great deal on our unit. It was honestly the best experience we've had with any storage company. I will definitely be recommending this place. Not only are the prices great but this woman is a gem. Customer service is key to a successful business and this woman is the best. Thank you.

I have found the perfect storage I could not be more happy the service and the staff specially Marie has been very helpful and professional with all of our needs.
