We are very happy and satisfied with the whole team today! Keith came out and did his inspection to be able to give us every possible option for repairing the garage door. There was absolutely no pressure for anything and treated this as if it was for his own home. The workmanship he has spoke for itself! He gave us real answers for questions I had without doing this whole run-around that some companies do and only cause more questions then confidence. I also want to thank management for working with us to be able to help get the garage door repaired. I highly recommend for Precision Door service to anyone!

Saturday afternoon seemed like the worst time to have a spring on your overhead garage door break, or so I thought. Frustrated, I call the last company to service my door only to find them out of business. I make three calls to different local companies, get three answering machines, and leave three messages. Precision Door Service was my next call (with excellent reviews here), and the phone is answered on the first ring by a live, helpful employee. She provided me with upfront estimated pricing on the service call and broken spring and stated that they could have a technician out that afternoon. Not fifteen minutes later, Dan, the technician, calls and says that he is only 10 minutes away. He arrived shortly thereafter, and we found that the opener was out of commission as well. He stated that he could have the parts on hand and could have the job completed right then. The total cost he quoted was fair and he explained everything that needed (or would soon be needed) to be done. Total time from the initial call to having two springs, door hardware, and a whole new opener installed and tested was just around three hours. They warranty their work five years. Dan was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Good customer service is a rarity today. While Precision Door may not be the cheapest, their outstanding customer service, quick response time, and quality of work more than make up for any minimal cost savings (if any) you may get at other companies. Highly recommended.

In most cases we can get to your home the same day you call, if it is during normal business hours. Getting your garage door fixed quickly and correctly is important to us. We understand your time is valuable, so we come to your home with a fully stocked truck prepared to fix 99% of all jobs we run into. If you need a brand new garage door or a custom ordered part, we may need to return to your home a second time to complete the work.

Yes, we are open on weekends. We can schedule appointments for a technician to come out to your home on Saturdays. We also answer our phones 24/7 if you need to speak with someone directly. There is no extra charge for evening or weekend service.
