We scheduled with this company and although I received an email and call confirmation of our appointment, no one ever showed up to shred. I ended up calling around 3:30 Pm as we were nearing our business day, and was told someone would call us back to let us know their location and ETA. Around 4:45 and we still never received a follow up. I ended up calling again and they told me a truck broke down but no one ever let us know. Had to re schedule a week from today, which really puts us out as we need the space to have space available for a new team member. Very disappointed in the service and lack of communication from this company so far.

Yes if you go to the shop. They charge you per pound.
It depends on where you're located. I work for the one in Tinley Park and we charge by the tip ( tote/garbage can) we don't do pounds and the prices vary
